All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes and fees.

• To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required.

• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 60 days prior to the retreat start date.

• If full payment is not received by this deadline, the reservation will be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited.

• Cancellations made more than 90 days before the retreat start date: You will receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat start date: No refunds will be issued. However, you may transfer your booking to another participant if approved by us in writing.

• If the final payment is not made by the due date, your booking will be canceled, and the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. This ensures fairness to other participants and allows us time to fill the spot.

• Guests who pay the full booking amount at the time of reservation (more than 90 days before the retreat start date) will receive a 5% discount on the total cost.

Retreat pricing includes all specified services and amenities. Airport transfers and massages are not included.

If you fail to arrive on the scheduled retreat start date or leave early, payments made are non-refundable.

Guests traveling from overseas or interstate are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance. Koko.ProjectYou is not responsible for changes to travel plans, transportation disruptions, or changes of mind.

Koko.ProjectYou is not liable for, and participants agree to waive claims against the retreat organisers for:

• Delays or disruptions to travel schedules, missed connections, or other transportation services.

• Changes to travel restrictions imposed by any Australian state or territory.

• Injuries, loss, or damage to personal property, including luggage.

• Additional expenses arising from currency fluctuations, tariffs, or scheduling changes.

• Unforeseen costs due to illness, weather, strikes, or other force majeure events.

• Losses incurred due to cancellation.

• Guests may take candid photos during the retreat and share them on social media, tagging Koko.ProjectYou.

• Content shared must not be used for commercial purposes, including promoting a personal brand, business, or website.

By attending this retreat, you consent to being filmed or photographed. Such content may be used by Koko.ProjectYou for marketing and promotional purposes.
